Our Direct Client is looking for 2 resources (1 BA Level 1 and 1 BA level2) with the below experiences as well experience focused on the origination, management, and compliance of various single family type mortgages and/or experience with financing multi-family developments. Any experiences with housing and/or finance organizations/agencies and/or accounting/homelessness applications/services design experience. Also, non-profit or State/Federal agency services are a plus. It is preferable the candidate have a Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent. These two SBA’s would focus on the Single-Family and Financial Services Divisions with MH.
Business Analyst/Usability Level 1
- Minimum 5 years experience in multiple or large scale projects.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
- Identifies client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
- Communications needed changes to development team.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
Business Analyst/Usability Level 2
- Works in an advisory capacity for the firm.
- Minimum 15 years experience in multiple or large scale projects.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
- Identifies client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
- Leads testing efforts.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
- Communicated needed changes to development team.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
- Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
